WHO ON EARTH gets excited about abs? 
Oh my God it's me. What a nerd!  XD

Guilty as charged. 

But this is because I realised as soon as I started full-time training that I basically... had no ab strength to speak of, and even less awareness of them.


Let's do it together.

Core control is one of the most IMPORTANT things fundamental to classical ballet technique so that's where I'm starting. I'm running this challenge because *I* want to get stronger!

Let Me Answer Your Questions: 

Do I need to be a ballet dancer?

No you don't! 

*HOWEVER*, the programme IS ballet focussed and WILL be taught with the needs and aims of the ballet dancer in focus.

What level is the Challenge for?

It's Open.

I will be teaching exercises that begin at a basic level and work upwards, and have options for differing levels.

What comes next?

You CAN continue to use the programme as part of your normal routine! 

You will always have the Progress Tracker to keep you on track week to week.

If you want more, I will be running the PRECISION programme the following week.

Or, you can book an Alchemised Coaching Session with ME (hehe) to really laser target your individual needs. Personal attention. Hand-holding. Reassurance and encouragement! Sounds good, huh?
