Core control is one of the most IMPORTANT things fundamental to classical ballet technique so that's where I'm starting. I'm running this challenge because *I* want to get stronger!

Do I need to be a ballet dancer?
No you don't!
*HOWEVER*, the programme IS ballet focussed and WILL be taught with the needs and aims of the ballet dancer in focus.
What level is the Challenge for?
It's Open.
I will be teaching exercises that begin at a basic level and work upwards, and have options for differing levels.
What comes next?
You CAN continue to use the programme as part of your normal routine!
You will always have the Progress Tracker to keep you on track week to week.
